Q&A

How can I be sure that I'll receive a quality restoration?

About 90% of all dentists polled left their last laboratory because of nothing more than inconsistent quality. At Advantage, we believe that quality starts with the very first step. That's why we invest more time in our model work than most boutique labs. Sloppy model work will result in open margins, poor contacts and occlusion, and possibly even an ill-fitting crown or bridge which always ends up as those time-consuming chairside adjustments, costing you time and money.

What is your turn-around time? Will I receive my restorations on the date requested?

Our turn-around time is ten (10) working days not including day of pick-up or delivery. With advanced case-tracking software and overnight shipping, we can say with confidence that our delivery policy is on time, every time.

What about remakes?

On the rare occurrence of a remake due to faulty workmanship, your crown will be replaced free of charge. What's more, all Porcelain work is under warranty for a full year from the date of invoice. All frameworks and full cast work is covered for a lifetime*!
